Talwarsons Jewellers – Interactive

Talwarsons Jewellers is the vision of Anil Talwar, who also happens to be the founder member and senior director of The All-India Gems and Trade Federation (GJF). The art of styling exquisite and magnificent jewellery is a tradition that has been passed down from a family of seven generations. Its no wonder that utmost care is taken into crafting each an every masterpiece – ensuring quality of the highest standards.

After reading such a bio, who wouldn’t be impressed. Unless, of course, you are a scion to the Reliance empire. Any how, irrespective of that inane analogy, we were quite thrilled to work with Talwarsons because of two reasons: one being the models and two, did we mention the models? At the same time, it was a challenging project that demanded exceptional appeal and class.

With luxuriousness on our mind, we took off into our creative caves.

Concept – Short Note

Since we were dealing with a luxury brand, and that to jewellry, the concept had to be arresting or more towards nothing-else-matters-for-10-minutes. We wanted to showcase the pieces in an opulent and resplendent setting. In short, a visual driven concept that focused entirely on Talwarsons jewellery as a lifestyle.

The website begins with a welcome screen that has an imposing logo of Talwarsons Jewellers. Upon entering you are received by a background score that reminiscent of European lounge. On the right you’ll notice a simple menu that has been tucked away, which can be opened at any given time to access information. The background is a showcase of the latest collection that can also be accessed in the menu, under Collections>View Brochure.

liked the Idea of making the jewelry the center point. Also the picture contrast between the jewelry and the background is good, coz it shows the jewelry more prominently. I like it!!

I am interested in getting a similar web site designed for our jewelery brand.

You think these websites would work? I dont feel so. These are good, indeed but they are not at all sales oriented. These are all flash based, high on style with little to no substance. Your work is good but just try to give it a edge by pushing them towards sales. These wont work on SEO,

    Hello Vinish

Glad to have your valuable feedback. You have raised a very important question i.e. is it necessary to create something so “elite” and flash based and non sales oriented.

Mostly, the purpose and intent of creating a design is dependent on the brief – the business objectives. In our case, the purpose of the website is to showcase a lifestyle and to portray the brand in a rich ambience – which, connects with the target audience as well as inspires them.

The website has not been made with the purpose of “sales” but purely to build and reinforce an image.

Hopefully that answers your query in the most appropriate way. If you have any further questions, feel free to shoot us an email info@hdegreeglobal.com

    Cheers!!
